NGARN RESIDENCY | COMMUNITY MURAL | GLASGOW | 2013
In 2013, we won a residency with Depot Arts funded through NGARN (North Glasgow Art and Regeneration Network). We ran a series of workshops with local community groups to develop ideas and concepts for a Possilpark mural. As a result of these meetings, our goal became to represent the nature and wildlife that people could experience along the nearby canal as well as communicating the rich history of the area.
The mural was installed at a gap site on Saracen Street.
